Version 0.62 of the Core Rules for Galactic Control has been released to the general public.
The new beta brings the following additions to the ruleset:
- Special Actions
- Unit Leader Special Actions
- Reactions
- Artillery Rules
- Building Terrain Rules
as well as many format edits.
